Team expertise:
The DMM eng team have designed, fabricated and refurbished a broad range of materials handling and equipment attachments since 1987. The workshop is equipped to handle a wide range of projects, utilising the following capabilities :
- 750 square metres of workshop working area located close to the main transport link
- 15 tonne overhead crane traversing the length of the building.
- A large outdoor area is fully fenced with a locked yard for storage.
- Service vehicles equipped to support on-site installation of projects
Equipment that is used within the workshop includes :
- 350 tonne break press
- CAD design capability
- Forklift trucks
- Radial arm drill
- 100 tonne porta power units
- Welding machines
- With materials of construction including, mild steel, stainless steel, wear plate materials and other alloys and specialty materials.
- Complete surface finishing including sand blasting and painting to relevant standards.
